PACKING OPERATIVE X 10
Permanent, Full time (39hrs/wk)
Closing Date: Friday 13th April 2018
Reporting to the SPO, the Packing Operatives will be responsible for packing products to the customer requirements within a framework of delivering GMP and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. The principles of safety, quality, delivery and cost will be the main focus of the role on a daily basis
Pack the products in accordance with the PIR and ensure that all products meet the requirements of the customer at all times,
Complete all relevant paperwork,
Ensure that hygiene standards meet the GMP requirements,
Ensure the control of all materials through the process.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Drive for results: demonstrate an ability to deliver under pressure,
• Exercise a basic standard of numeracy and literacy,
• Knowledge of packing processes / equipment would be an advantage however not essential,
• Ability to follow instructions,
• Ability to apply company policies in regard to safety, quality and sustainability and associated processes,
• Willing to improve the performance of the area on a daily basis.

Do you have great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a wide range of tasks? We need a highly motivated individual to join our small HR team to administer a variety of HR tasks, including payroll, in order to ensure the HR function works efficiently and effectively.
Work with line managers to provide a seamless resourcing and on-boarding experience for our core staff
Maintain accurate personnel data to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and internal and external audits
Manage a time and attendance system in order to provide accurate payroll input on a consistent basis
Co-ordinate the absence management process including occupational health appointments and welfare meetings
Provide administrative support for employee relations case management
To support the HR team in a range of project work.
Qualifications / Skills
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
Knowledge of practical employment law in relation to HR processes e.g. recruitment, absence, disciplinary, grievance
Working knowledge of HR systems including databases
Excellent IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Good oral/ written communications skills
Strong organisational ability
Flexible and adjustable to change
Ability to influence line managers
Problem solving and judgement e.g. payroll queries
Straightforward analysis of data and able to maintain accurate records.
