Tomorrow is my final day at work ,

The Commercial Services team exists to support the business by being responsible for all aspects of customer order processing & invoicing. The role also supports the Commercial team in many aspects of reporting and some administration duties. This will be achieved by working with both Commercial and Supply chain colleagues to ensure the business vision for Commercial Services is met.
This role is responsible for maintaining the department processes and ensuring that they run smoothly and any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. The key performance indicators for the roles are the OTIF measures, order accuracy as well as task specific KPI’s.
Responsible for the prompt and accurate processing of all customer orders (including Dendron), invoices, picking tickets & queries within EJ’s customer base. Checking all orders against Demand Control and highlighting any issues with the Commercial Team for decision making.
Own and maintain the completion & submission of Daily Estimated Sales report, the Customer Services KPI reporting e.g. Shortages and OTIF (including Dendron) and the collation of customer EPOS data with responsibility for basic analysis of the data and weekly reporting.
Own and coordinate the aging stock process including the financial forecast.
Control the general running, set-up and user interface of the order processing module within the ERP system (IBS) and the Electronic Data Interchange system (EDI)
Own and coordinate the enquiries process by routing to the relevant department, ensuring accurate records are kept and reporting is up to date.
Responsibility for raising and tracking PO’s within the commercial and promotional spend remit.
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset & drive to improve and update processes & procedures.
Supervise the Commercial Services Coordinator to ensure that all responsibilities are covered.
Assist in the updating of the Demand Forecast from the Forecast Pro System into the Demand Review Spreadsheet and pivot table. Update all relevant PowerPoint reports with the monthly data.
Qualifications / Skills
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
IT literacy & ability to adapt to new systems including a good standard of Excel capability i.e. Pivot tables and vlookups.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to foresee and communicate issues to enable resolution
Effective influencing skills, the ability to work cross-functionally with contacts to ensure that service remains our business priority
A collaborative working style with the ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
