Two of these vacancies are to support North America therefore there is no language requirement, and the other two are for EMEA with French and German being the required languages.

Nos han pasado una oferta de trabajo en la empresa, necesitan 30 personas durante 3 semanas para llamar a los clientes (no es para vender) en la oficina de Galway, estarán subcontratados por una ETT y la empresa cliente es SAP

CIC are rolling out a outbound calling campaign across 25,000 global customers in the month of April ! (non sales related calls)

In order to have sufficient resources available to support this campaign we are urgently seeking to hire 30 temporary Customer Interaction Representatives through the support of ICE Group, which is a local supplier of temporary workers in the Galway area for a 3 week contract.

ICE Group will manage the recruitment & selection process for these hirings and all temps hired will be employed through ICE Group and contracted out to us at SAP for the duration of the campaign.

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are required, in conjunction with good computer skills. A second European language would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. Immediate start required with the willingness to work flexible shifts.
