Cultura y Costumbres: spanish home stay

Hi guys!!

I'm looking to learn spanish quickly and easly, I need to learn spanish for my next job, starting in septembre.
I'm thinking to a spanish home stay to learn spanish and enjoy a really spanish home ambient. I mean I want learn spanish, live spain and have spanish classes with a teacher.

I know there a lot of spanish home stay in spain. Anyone had good experience?!
