The Danes and Swedes are tougher / harder than the Norwegians. I am a Swedish / Danish living in Norway. It is easier to get jobs in Norway than Denmark and Sweden. All Danes and Swedes travel to Norway because of unemployment. And the pay is much better in Norway. You must speak English well. If you get a job in a club, dj, pc games, all jobs in fashion,etc. young hip environment then you don't need to speak Norwegian.But if you need to get a job at an employment office as required to learn the language. My Spanish friends have lived in Norway for 7 years without learning Norwegian, but they have a job.The foreigners that I have meet think it is quiet and relaxing in Norway, not stress, and some find it boring but you must find out on your own.
