Description of qualifications
We are looking for a qualified Spanish Teacher (Grades 4-9), who is enthusiastic about the subject and education. It is important that you are Spanish speaking, native, since the subject is taught in Spanish. You must have a genuine interest in the students development and we welcome previous experience from a similar position. You must be a team player willing to cooperate with others and have an outgoing personality. A sense of humour and willingness to go the extra mile is essential.
Welcome to a working environment characterised by involvement and job satisfaction. Clearance from the police register is essential to be considered for the post.

En el correo que envíes así como en el cv y la carta de presentación tienes que escribir como referencia "Spanish Teacher".

aquí la cuestión sería saber si quieren un profe "qualified" según el sistema sueco o de otro país. Ser "behörig" en Suecia implica título sueco u homologado por el sistema educativo sueco. Yo estoy en ello, por ello no aplico aún hasta que acabe de estudiar.
Una amiga mia trabaja en www.engelska.se en Göteborg, es de Australia y tiene el titulo homologado.
La escuela en si es muy buena, da muy b uenas oportunidades y el collectiv avtal es favorecedor a los trabajadores.

@lebowski para la IES no hace falta ser behörig, les sirve con tu título español, pero te hacen contrato de año en año
Normalmente priorizan a una persona que sea "behörig" frente a alguien que no tenga su titulación convalidada oficialmente en Suecia, pero si no se presenta nadie con cualificación de profesor válida en Sucia contratan gente no "behörig", incluso gente sin formación si llega el caso.
Este anuncio, sin embargo, está en inglés y se especifica que buscan a alguien que sea hispanohablante nativo, lo cual me hace pensar que frente a lo que ocurre normalmente, no se priorice a alguien "behörig" frente a gente con titulación de un país hispanohablante que no haya convalidado su formación.

Exacto @UlisesG en las escuelas comunales suelen buscan a profesores behörig pero en las friskolor no lo tienen tanto en cuenta porque según la ley pueden contratar a alguien que no sea behörig si hacen un contrato temporal, o sea, de año en año.
