For our customer IBM in Erfurt we are looking for Customer Service Agents (m/f) with French, Portuguese and Spanish.
Your Tasks
• Supporting international clients from commercial and administrative companies from all over Europe via telephone and email.
• Support of clients using IT networks
• Qualifying and solving IT related questions and problems
• Communication and cooperation with internal or external support specialists
Your Profile
• Fluent in French, Portuguese and Spanish. Any additional language (English, German…) welcome.
• Very good PC hardware or software skills
• Technically interested and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and to do shift work.

Yo no sé exactamente lo que te piden, pero creo que un@ candidat@ con esos tres idiomas y alemán o inglés les va a resultar dificil de encontrar. ¿no?
Yo probaria con mandar el CV por e-mail, a fin de cuentas no cuesta nada y a lo mejor SI que funciona.
#4: en ese hilo se cuenta que la experiencia en Erfuhrt fue malísima, pero a lo mejor, la bruja esa de que se habla ya no está o ha cambiado. Vete tu a saber.

Buscan el pack de 3 (español, portugués y frances), aunque si no vas muy fuerte en uno de ellos tb puedes optar. Ad+ piden Aleman para poder manejarte por allí.
